Tours and Excursions Cancellation Policy

Clients are entitled to cancel their booked tour or excursion 24 hours before the scheduled start time due to emergencies, adverse weather conditions, or natural disasters.

Cancellations must be made through a clear statement communicated to us via e-mail.

Returning Payments

In the event of an approved cancellation, we will issue a refund using the same payment method that was used for the booking.

We cannot be held responsible for cancellations made without proper notification, so please ensure timely communication with us.
